Shipping is free for all orders delivered within the UK. There are no additional delivery charges, customs duties, or handling fees.

6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the customer is unavailable to receive the parcel, additional delivery fees may apply for reshipment. Garden Joy is not responsible for parcels returned due to these reasons.
7. Delays and Force Majeure
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, postal strikes, or customs inspections. We will do our best to notify you of any significant delays.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
